The benefits of the sauna
Sauna relaxes muscles, reduces stiffness in joints and relaxes the whole body. The heat causes the blood vessels to dilate and stimulates blood circulation.
The sauna is an anti-stress, it boosts the immune system and helps fight against viruses (!). It has a purifying action thanks to the dry heat which dilates the pores of the skin and makes you sweat to evacuate toxins.
